Lovingly hand-reared in the lush pastures of Kent, these award-winning geese enjoy a natural diet and the freedom to roam open grass paddocks, foraging for berries in hedgerows and orchards. This traditional, slow-rearing approach develops their rich, distinctive flavour — a hallmark of the Appledore name.

Each goose is:

• Dry-plucked and hung for at least 7 days to enhance tenderness and deepen flavour
• Presented in greaseproof paper inside a convenient carry-home box
• Accompanied by vacuum-packed giblets and a recipe leaflet with easy-to-follow cooking tips

Perfect for family feasts, our Appledore Goose delivers a succulent, golden roast and produces the most delicious fat for crispy roast potatoes.

• We may also source geese from Gressingham, which are of the same high standards as Appledore
