Each goose is:

• Dry-plucked and hung for at least 7 days to enhance tenderness and deepen flavour
• Presented in greaseproof paper inside a convenient carry-home box
• Accompanied by vacuum-packed giblets and a recipe leaflet with easy-to-follow cooking tips
